Next week is our last week before Spring Break. A lot of the teachers are doing eggs and bunnies so I needed to think outside the box here “Eggspecially” 🤣 for my Kindergarten and 1st Grade classes.
I wanted a simple 1-day project that they could complete and bring home for break. (Please keep in mind that 1 day projects for me are a total of 20 minute).
So here is what I came up with:
Kindergarten
I found a simple carrot shape and whited out the other half and made a quick worksheet. They will then create the other side of the carrot and color in to create a balance and symmetry Carrot.
1st grade
I found a coloring page online of a simple chick in a cracked egg shell and printed it out on yellow card stock. I will then give the kids white and cream paper to rip up and glue on the eggshell piece to create a Mosaic look.
